Join the Sharpstown CERT Training Program!

We’re excited to announce that we are bringing Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training to Sharpstown in partnership with the City of Houston! CERT is a FEMA program designed to teach essential emergency preparedness and response skills, empowering our community to be resilient in times of need.

The training will consist of 9 classes, each lasting 2-3 hours, and will plan to take place at the Midwest HPD Station at 7277 Regency Square Blvd. The exact dates are still being finalized, but we want to hear from you!

To participate, you should live in Sharpstown and be at least 18 years of age. If you are between the ages of 15 and 17 you can still do the training, but you must bring a parent or guardian to the training sessions.
